5atar is a mobile application that facilitates the process for organizations to report unsafe conditions and hazards in a facility.

Its principle is based on giving employees a mobile applications that whenever the see an unsafe condition in the site, they can simply take a picture and write a few words and it can then be sent to the organization’s administrator to log and start the action planning process for it.
